Team Supervisor - International Mobility
Your role in a nutshell:
To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees. To oversee and handle the relocation process for a modest number of international movers and assignees.
What you’ll do:
- Set the team up to deliver operational daily tasks
- Engages and manage the team to deliver operational targets.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders and acts as first escalation point.
- Identify and share process improvement opportunities with the manager
- People management of the junior team members
- Fosters collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes.
- Manages one homogenous team up to 8 employees
- Oversees and handles the relocation process for a modest number of international movers and assignees
What you will bring to the team:
- Monthly reporting of all of team activity
- Internal and external representation of the team
- SLA and KPI performance
- Team members to receive relevant training, coaching and support
