Your place in the team 
The Knowledge Management Expert is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the knowledge management processes and systems within the organization. This role involves creating, curating, and updating a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure that information is easily accessible and useful for all employees. The Knowledge Management Expert will work closely with various departments to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate information sharing, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


You will be involved in the following tasks  

 

Office IT Services
•Documenting the installation and testing of new hardware and software.
•Owning, controlling and managing the company HW & SW asset policy in accordance with the company policies. 
•Project support, documentation, knowledge base maintenance. Process flow, process improvement. (Documentation, Implementation) 
•Creates and maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge base./system.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document key knowledge.
•Informs the clients about the tasks, keeps interactive contact with the clients.


Office IT Knowledge Management Subject Matter Expert Services
•Inspiring a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among departments and project teams.
•Ensuring that the Office IT colleagues are sure of the knowledge management processes, including the purpose of doing so. 
•Making sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities.
•Helping capture new knowledge with the usage of a knowledge management system.
•Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics.
•Providing relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture. 
•Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs.
•Documents processes and disseminates information to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Office IT Projects, Asset management and Service Excellence
•Actively drives internal knowledge sharing for Office IT and provides professional assistance to them.
•Participates in projects and support all project related activities to deliver company goals.- 
•Contributes to and drives the development of the knowledge base of the work team.
•Shares information with colleagues, Office IT management and with other teams in the support chain.

We are looking for you if you have
•Proven experience in knowledge management or a related role.
•Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in using knowledge management software and tools.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
