 Lead and Prospect Expert
for our Vodafone Business Unit

Your place in the team
Drive prospect, FMC and non-core boost projects in order to increase market share in Soho-SME segments, build up lead management program to support Vodafone Hungary’s existing and prospect customers to find the proper channel or advisor to buy.


You will be involved in the following tasks

  • Manage and develop databases and campaign lists that are connected to lead & cross-sell, upsell activities
  • Drive rental & new build projects, take part in proper execution, provide administrative support
  • Capture and maintain customer contact details and leads in all touchpoints, ensure that all systems are loaded fully and transparently with customer data.
  • Provide target lists for sales channels to support FMC and non-core focuses and ensure funnel tracking. 
  • Build up and maintain lead management process (lead across sales channels, assisted channel)
  • Provide LSME list for LSME sales channel (termination, cross-sell, upsell potential)
  • Ensure that LEAD management processes comply with GDPR standards
  • Participation in various IT system projects

We are looking for you if you have

•    University or College degree, preferably in Economics
•    At least 1 years professional experience in acquisition marketing, online marketing or lead management 
•    Experience in B2B field is an advantage
•    Self-driven and Fast and efficient in problem solving
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Good verbal and written English knowledge 
•    Result oriented, thirsty for success
•    System thinking
•    Excellent knowledge of using MS office software
•    Ability to work in team
•    Ability to liaise on different level within and outside of the organization, to lead teams of managers and experts with different mind-set
