About this Role

 

 

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR Centre of Excellence Services team in Hungary. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing the training and development needs of internal employees and managers. You will lead the design, coordination, and promotion of learning programmes, including mandatory training, language courses, and internal tools such as “Go Insider Tools.” You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure high-quality learning experiences that align with organisational goals.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

  • Identify and assess training needs across the organisation, focusing on mandatory and role-specific learning.
  • Design, develop, and maintain training programmes and product concepts in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, including briefing, development, and approval of training content.
  • Promote and communicate the learning portfolio to internal stakeholders, ensuring high engagement and participation.
  • Support learners through course recommendations, coaching, and process guidance.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee budget and resource planning for learning activities.
  • Provide guidance to interns and working students in planning training delivery.
  • Act as the key local contact for Group VLO stakeholders and other operating companies.

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Work and Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within large organisations.
  • Possess strong consulting and conceptual skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and external agencies.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and German (C1 level).
  • Have experience working with executives, global stakeholders, and HR processes including performance management and engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Additional training in coaching, systemic training, or organisational development is desirable.
