About this Role
What you will do
- Identify and assess training needs across the organisation, focusing on mandatory and role-specific learning.
- Design, develop, and maintain training programmes and product concepts in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage relationships with external training providers, including briefing, development, and approval of training content.
- Promote and communicate the learning portfolio to internal stakeholders, ensuring high engagement and participation.
- Support learners through course recommendations, coaching, and process guidance.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee budget and resource planning for learning activities.
- Provide guidance to interns and working students in planning training delivery.
- Act as the key local contact for Group VLO stakeholders and other operating companies.
Who you are
- Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, Work and Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within large organisations.
- Possess strong consulting and conceptual skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and external agencies.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both English and German (C1 level).
- Have experience working with executives, global stakeholders, and HR processes including performance management and engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Additional training in coaching, systemic training, or organisational development is desirable.
