About this Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Legal, Privacy & Compliance Operations Centre of Excellence. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology transformation for legal and compliance functions across VOIS and Vodafone Group. You will manage a central operations team, oversee strategic programmes, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities while fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.

What you will do

  • Strategy & Project Management: Develop and implement strategic programmes for legal, privacy, and compliance operations; manage projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Data, Technology & Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements; evaluate and manage technology solutions including contract lifecycle management and transformation programmes.
  • People, Knowledge & Development: Maintain centralised knowledge repositories; promote continuous improvement and manage training initiatives.
  • Events, Communications & Content Management: Create and publish content for effective communication; organise events and manage internal/external communications.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers; support business development and promote VOIS as a preferred delivery partner.

Who you are

  • Skilled in project management with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
  • Experienced in process improvement and technology implementation within legal or compliance operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with legal, privacy, and compliance technology solutions; certifications in project management or legal operations are a plus.
