Legal Content Associate

 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 



 

Builds, configures and maintains legal technology solutions (including PowerApps, e-billing and GenAI tools) on behalf of the Lead Counsel for Legal & Business Integrity Operations.  

Designs and manages the knowledge management frameworks and data architectures that underpin legal technology solutions and L&BI reporting. 

Writes and maintains the processes, guidance, training & communications on behalf of the Lead Counsel (L&BI Operations Manual, business continuity plans, FAQ’s and SharePoint sites) in the L&BI Hub. Build and maintain SPOC community. 

Liaises with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient management of the above.

 

 

What will you do in your role: 

 

  • Legal Tech Development: Design and build low-code/no-code applications to automate legal workflows and enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Knowledge & Data Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable knowledge management systems and legal data models to support analytics and decision-making. 
  • E-Billing Management: Own the configuration, optimisation, and vendor relationship for the e-billing platform, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and user adoption. 
  • Process Improvement & Change Management: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, lead change initiatives, and ensure alignment with legal and business strategy. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Legal, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver integrated legal operations solutions.

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Proven experience in legal operations, legal tech, or legal transformation roles. 
  • Strong understanding of legal processes, data governance, and knowledge management. 
  • Experience with e-billing platforms (e.g., Brightflag, or similar). 
  • Agile delivery and project management experience. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
    Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix). 
  • Experience with data modelling tools (PowerBI) and knowledge architecture frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms. 
  • Degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Agile or SAFe certification (preferred). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
