About this Role
What you’ll do
- Provide legal advice and support on contracts and legal documentation within procurement and sales activities
- Draft, review, structure, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of commercial contractsDeliver timely, accurate, and pragmatic legal guidance aligned with business needsIdentify, assess, and communicate legal and commercial risks to stakeholders
- Support compliance programmes including anti-bribery, sanctions, competition law, and data privacy
- Develop legal tools, templates, guidance materials, and training to support business self-service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Group Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Operations, and local market teams
- Engage with areas such as intellectual property, tax, data protection, and regulatory matters to support business activities
Who you are
- Qualified law graduate with strong academic credentials
- Bar qualification is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of contract law and commercial contracting
- Familiarity with English law is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in English
- Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
- Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice in a fast-paced setting
- Typically 3–5 years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Exposure to an international law firm or a multinational technology company is beneficial
