Your place in the team 

Pega Always-On-Marketing (AoM) is a marketing automation platform helping marketers orchestrate next-best-action strategies in real-time across each stage of the customer journey. It provides a single place to easily design, build, execute and optimize multi-offer and omni-channel campaigns, enabling 1:1, consistent & contextual communication with our customers.

The AoM Decisioning Expert configures and maintains Pega AoM Artifacts (marketing propositions, eligibility rules, strategies, adaptive models and campaigns) to ensure we are delivering the right offer to the customers at the right channel & format and at the right time. He/She has an in-depth understanding on the marketing activities with which we are targeting our existing customer base (upsell, cross-sell, retention & loyalty activities) and works with the Pega Marketing platform to design & set up the appropriate business logic. 

You will be involved in the following tasks  

•Understand & translate incoming business requests (marketing ideas) to Always-on-Marketing terms
•Propose possible design (business process modelling) on how a particular new marketing activity can fit into the existing always-on marketing framework
•Deploy the new business logic or changes to existing design in the Pega platform (configure new marketing propositions, setup eligibility rules & strategies)
•Perform the necessary unit testing for the decision logic
•Support the testing of the new process to make sure the marketing strategy works as per expectations
•Work together with the other members of the Always-on-Marketing team to maintain a consistent & efficient framework
•Align with business owners & marketing managers on the requests
•Monitor & examine the AoM activities & strategies & provide ideas for optimization (both from business & AoM performance point of view)
•Prepare & carry out show & tell sessions for Business Owners to validate the decisioning logic for specific activities (if necessary)

 

We are looking for you if you have 

•Commercial, customer-focused mindset
•Good understanding of CVM base activities & data-driven decision making
•Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
•Precision, passion for quality & best execution
•Team attitude
•Agile, efficient, ROI mindset
•Transparent communication, ability to maintain effective relationships
•Takes responsibility for resolving issues in a timely way
•Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field 
•Fluent written & verbal English
•2+ years experience in marketing and/or data analytics and/or business process modelling
•Experience with campaign management or CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce, Pega, MailChimp, Hubspot)


Advantageous, but not must-have (will learn on the job)
•Experience/understanding on the Pega Marketing platform
•SQL development skills
•Experience with requirements definitions and use case modelling 
•Professional experience and knowledge of the Telco industry
