Marketing Campaign Demand & Delivery Manager

Your role in a nutshell:

 

This is an exciting & challenging role, where you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of customer marketing campaigns through effective resource planning & management.  In essence, this role is about managing large volumes of demand, in order to deliver a high level of customer service to key stakeholders with the resources available.

 

 

What you'll do:
 

  • Owns & manages the demand & resource planning processes for AOM, from an Inbound and Outbound perspective
  • Responsible for assigning these to the relevant Developer/tester; making sure that adequate time is allocated as befits the task
  • Works with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure efficient delivery & optimisation marketing activity
  • Accountable for regular monitoring of capacity against short & long term planned activity
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to highlight potential capacity issues & prioritize accordingly in a timely fashion

 

 

What you'll bring to the team:
 

  • Stakeholder management –  experience of working with cross-functional teams; ideally Marketing/CVM at all levels; as well as having the confidence to question decisions & prioritise where applicable
  • Needs to work closely with chapter & strategy leads to align the scheduled time with the strengths & weaknesses of Campaign Developers, enabling the team to run at an optimum
  • Managing the workload of 15+ Campaign Developers / testers
  • Marketing Operations/Campaign Planning experience necessary
  • Understanding the potential complexities behind building campaigns would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access
