About this role
What you’ll do
- Manage, clean, and consolidate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Deliver detailed analyses, reports, and dashboards that support marketing performance and campaign evaluation.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve campaign reporting tools and visualisations.
- Document tasks, processes, and projects to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee and support technical user groups, including Power BI workspaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and line management to identify information needs and present actionable insights.
- Deliver marketing enablement sessions to support effective use of dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Contribute to recruitment activities by participating in interviews and supporting the evaluation of practical exercises.
Who you are
- An analytical professional with at least three years’ experience interpreting trends and patterns in complex datasets.
- Comfortable working with data manipulation, visualisation, and reporting techniques.
- Familiar with business intelligence platforms and confident learning new tools and concepts.
- Experienced in working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or social media analytics platforms.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, particularly campaign analytics and marketing funnels.
- Organised, with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English, with a degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
