About this Role

We are seeking an individual with strong data governance expertise to manage and enhance material master data within the Master Data Management (MDM) framework. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity across planning systems, while supporting the product roadmap and collaboration with OEM partners. The individual will act as a central link between internal teams and external manufacturers, driving digital portfolio initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement across supply chain and product operations.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain, validate, and govern master data in MDM systems, ensuring alignment with global standards and business rules.
  • Partner with planning teams to support accurate and timely data synchronisation across planning platforms.
  • Act as the primary interface for OEM partners, ensuring efficient data exchange, specification updates and alignment.
  • Support digital portfolio development through automation, enhanced reporting, and analytics-driven visibility.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and contribute to digital supply chain transformation.

Who you are

  • Gained at least 2 to 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality management and Master Data Management (MDM) principles.
  • Proficient in interpreting complex data and spotting trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, especially with planning teams and OEMs.
  • Strong problem-solver with an analytical mindset and the ability to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Gained at least 2 to 3 years of experience in automation, dashboards, analytics tools and digital supply chain technologies.
  • Competent in SAP, planning systems (e.g., SAP APO/IBP, Oracle), ERP-to-planning-system interfaces and reporting tools, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Delivering 3 to 5 years of experience in master data governance in a global environment, including exposure to OEM collaboration and digital transformation projects.
  • Capable of using Advanced Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage.
