Mobility Controller
Your role in a nutshell:
Be an expert of Vodafone’s recharging of international assignment costs, and ensure that costs are duly recharged, ensuring tax compliance. Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of Vodafone’s Global International Assignment Mobility policies. Ensure that key Mobility recharge processes are delivered in an effective and timely manner. Ensure that administrative processes, including recharging agreements, management reports and invoice/ budget tracking are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Be the Single Point of Contact for all payroll recharging related questions.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure that assignment costs are charged correctly.
- Be the first point of contact for queries regarding International Assignment costs, recharging policies and processes.
- Assess the query/ case, applie judgment and outline policy according to the situation. Using the Knowledge Base and Case Management process, escalates the queries to the International Mobility Team Leader and to the Centers of Expertise (CoE).
- Ensure that FAQs are developed.
- Use the Knowledge Base, Case Management toolkit, Intranet, SAP.
- Ensure that any exception requests are escalated through the appropriate channel together with recommendations.
- Communicate the technical aspects of the Vodafone International Mobility Assignment policies, including cost calculations and basic tax explanations.
- Coordinate the host & home HR and Finance teams, and relevant 3rd parties.
- Work closely with the Group International Mobility and make recommendations on the future recharging mechanism.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of International Mobility systems, processes and procedures.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years controlling experience
- accounting and forecasting experience
- computer skills (SAP and MS Office)
- Strong business English knowledge both oral and written
