Your place in the team
a senior-level business partner accountable to manage all aspects of a close and positive relationship with OSS stakeholders up to Head-of / CNO level. 
Through a profound understanding of the market strategy and demands the OSS Business Manager builds a 1-3 years evolution plan for OSS and the Digitalization of the network together with the corresponding budget plans jointly with the OSS expert domains. The OSS Business Manager is a key influencer to promote cross-market harmonisation and efficiency initiatives. In rare cases the OSS Business Manager also supports the end-to-end solution design and domain delivery in order to represent the complete OSS portfolio.

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Manage the OSS budget in DB (1 year) and LRP (3 years) plans as well as the related Network Evolution Plan.
•    Act as the strategic interface between OSS and relevant business functions to shape business demand and ensure that the potential business value from OSS is captured, realized and recognized.
•    Facilitate review and planning meetings with the OSS expert domains to ensure that the domain delivery roadmaps are in line with business needs.
•    Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication. This includes managing escalation, avoiding risk, influencing stakeholder and monitoring corrective measures.


We are looking for you if you have
•    High competence in shaping business demand linking system capabilities to use cases
•    Strong cost and performance orientation 
•    Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change
•    MBA or related qualification
•    Deep knowledge of the European Telecommunication business
•    Senior level stakeholder management and influencing experience
•    Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
•    Mid-level understanding of typical Telco OSS / IT landscape
