Office IT Service Expert (M365)

Your place in the team 

Develop and implement long term technical solutions for Office IT related Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Stream and preferably other M365 offerings such as MFA (Multi factor authentication), Self-service password management and MS Viva. Senior professional support for related Office IT Services incident, problem and change management.

You will be involved in the following tasks  


Office IT M365 Services

•Work closely with L1 and L2 service desk collegues and handle escalated incidents and service requests regarding M365 services
•Act as a SPOC between the infrastructure team and Office IT in incident and request handling
•Oversee the enterprise-wide configuration of M365 and advise on possible improvements and business request feasibility
•Handle basic to moderate tasks in M365 services, as mail flow troubleshooting, send as permissions, multi-tenant connaections and access rights, etc.
•Monitor and report the usage of M365 services and give input to initiatives encouraging higher utilization
•Stay up to date on the lastest trends regarding M365 services and take part in introduction of new and improved M365 offerings. Be the evangelist of M365 services in Vodafone.
•Work closely with other service experts (Intune and SCCM) and provide basic backup for these roles


Office IT Service Excellence

•Take part in projects as a L3 service expert
•Handle the incoming service requests from the business and help identify the business needs and their feasibility
•Create documents and how-to guides for end-users and L1/L2 collegues
•Manage and support the implementation of new M365 service offerings
•Countinously analyse and improve the Workplace management service offering

 

We are looking for you if you have 

•BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
•At least 3 years working experience preferably in M365 administration 
•Previous experience in customer facing management roles in an advantage
•Strong communication skills
•Strong written and verbal English knowledge
•Highly motivated, autonomous individual with a proactive attitude
•Certification in M365 administration is a huge advantage
•ITIL V3 foundation or higher certificate is an advantage
