Office IT Service Expert (SCCM)

Your place in the team 

Develop and implement long term technical solutions for Office IT related asset operation and management services based on requirements of business in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Senior professional support for realted Office IT Services incident, problem and change management.

You will be involved in the following tasks  

 
SCCM service design and operation

•Design, implement and manage Vodafone’s workplace environment:
    -Preparing, installing and updating Windows OS
    -Management of drivers (including updates)
    -Deploy and manage scripts on workstations as needed
•Manage the application catalogue and the related application policies in Configuration Manager:
    -Prepare, deploy and monitor applications
    -Design, implement and follow the software management process in Vodafone
    -Managing the software update process, including testing and pilot groups
•Create and maintain user and device collections and identifying groups based on common needs, deploy applications and scripts on collections
•Monitor and report workstation operation, identify possible points of improvement
•Occasionally write PS scripts to ease application operation
•Handle escalated incidents and service requests as a L3 expert, act as SPOC between Microsoft and Vodafone as needed
•Work closely with other service experts (Intune, M365) and provide basic backup for these roles

Office IT Service Excellence

•Take part in projects as a L3 service expert
•Handle the incoming service requests from the business and help identify the business needs and their feasibility
•Create documents and how-to guides for end-users and L1/L2 collegues
•Manage and support the implementation of Windows Autopilot and the swithover to Intune
•Countinously analyse and improve the Workplace management service offering
Stay up to date with the latest developments in SCCM, assess and lead the implementation of the new services and processes

We are looking for you if you have 

•BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
•At least 3 years working experience preferably in SCCM or other workplace management role
•Previous experience in customer facing management roles in an advantage
•Strong communication skills
•Strong written and verbal English knowledge
•Highly motivated, autonomous individual with a proactive attitude
•MS Endpoint Configuration Manager certification is a huge advantage
•MS Intune certification is an advantage
•ITIL V3 foundation or higher certificate is an advantage
