Office Spaces Advisor
Your role in a nutshell:
The incumbent will act as the first point of contact for all employees providing first class advice on all Office Spaces (Desk Booking Tool) matters across Vodafone focusing on policy and process queries received through e-mail/Web chat/Ask HR online and ensure specific individual and team service level agreements are reached. They are expected to do necessarily follow ups with concerned teams and individuals for resolution of queries and ensure SLA adherence and enhance employee experience. The incumbents are expected to look for avenues of continuous process improvement and enhance the level of service while also ensuring reporting of the activities performed. They are expected to work closely with the Global Technology, Property teams to stay updated on all changes to existing policies and any enhancements needed for Office Spaces process.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure resolution of Vodafone employees’ queries through e-mail, web chat and online tickets.
- Maintain and support delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer types displaying a continuous improvement mindset for the process accountable for.
- Ensure all the processing is complete, accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits.
- Provides accurate and timely administration services, best in class service to Vodafone employees and works effectively to defined KPIs /service levels.
- Communicates closely with relevant stakeholders on any process updates and ensures the relevant enhancements needed.
- Uses judgement to deliver assigned tasks for the Office Spaces end-to-end process selecting the appropriate solution to support Vodafone employees/the business within agreed KPIs and service levels.
