E-commerce Project Manager  - Maternity Cover

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

Working within the UK Consumer Merchandising Team,this role is responsible for delivering and validating pricing and portfolio changes across the digital estate for Vodafone UK. You'll oversee pricing, promotions and new devices on the website and make sure data is up-to-date and accurate by working closely with multiple stakeholders.In addition, this role will proactively identify and drive on-site changes to improve conversion to meet commercial objectives.

 

 

What you'll do:
 

  • Create briefs for portfolio (i.e. handset launch), promotion and price changes as well as for campaigns in digital consumer and business segments
  • Act as a project coordinator for work requests and communicates with a wide range of teams, including Go To Market, Commercial or Supply Chain
  • Act as a key point of contact for Digital Catalogue testing and release scheduling
  • Report errors and create relevant documentation
  • Coordinate new device launches and act as a key point of contact for sign-off at launch
  • Understand product roll-out plans and ensure that all necessary information on upcoming products are available for the team
  • Proactively identify on-page site improvements to increase quality and drive conversion of digital sales

 

 
What you will bring to the team:
 

  • Strong command of English - both written and verbal
  • Organisation and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders
  • 3+ years in an e-commerce or digital merchandising role
  • IT proficiency with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, VBA, Agile/Scrum experience/knowledge is a plus
