Physical Security and DLP Specialist

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

  • Conduct physical security reviews of all locations for _VOIS HU, producing detailed risk and threat assessments. 
  • Implement _VOIS Physical Security strategy and framework in HU in alignment with the VOIS EU Physical Security Lead ensuring:
  • Provide a secure business environment in accordance with the policies and procedures of _VOIS and Vodafone Group.
  • Provide adequate support to Business Resilience team to implement an effective _VOIS HU BCM and Crisis Management strategy and response.
  • Perform the _VOIS DLP allocated operational activities to implement the Corporate Security Data Loss Prevention strategy in _VOIS EU centres.
  • Contribute to enhance the _VOIS Data Loss Prevention program, analyse, provide advice and recommendation for data loss prevention measures;
  • Provide necessary inputs and support the implementation of Data Loss Prevention awareness activities for _VOIS organization.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Physical Security

  • Manage the implementation of the Physical Security strategies within _VOIS HU centre.
  • Review gaps regarding to policy or local law and regulations;
  • Complete physical security audits as part of a cyclical programme for _VOIS HU sites; 
  • Report physical security incidents breaches to management;
  • Provide support and necessary expertise as the EU Physical Security representative for the HU Crisis Management Team;
  • Perform the _VOIS DLP monitoring activities for the allocated EU DLP areas as per the agreed process and timelines;

 

Data Loss Prevention

  • Ensure that all allocated DLP alerts are reviewed, investigated, tagged and closed as per the defined process and timeline;
  • Investigate the possible data leakage cases (for DLP tool alerts) related to Email, EndPoint, CASB channels and timely address them during the investigation to the relevant stakeholders for review and inputs;
  • Ensure recurrent reviews of the DLP alerts to identify trends, potential gaps or issues in the system and provide recommendation on improving the _VOIS DLP monitoring process;
  • Perform recurrent testing of the _VOIS DLP tool policies and rules in place, identify potential issues and address them to relevant stakeholders for mitigation actions;
  • Support to implement the _VOIS Data Loss Prevention awareness activities and related materials;
     

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Min. 2-3 year experience in a Physical security related role
  • Analytical thinking and attention to the details;
  • Sound knowledge of BCM and Crisis Management 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Able to effectively handle complex activities;
  • Risk mind-set, problem solving skills;
  • Flexibility and high personal commitment; 
  • Self-driven and very good team player 
  • Experience in working in a international environment
  • Knowledge regarding Shared services/telecom industry and internal processes;
  • Results oriented and focus on priorities;
  • Ability to deliver under strict deadlines.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written).
