About this role
We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to lead commercial pricing decisions and manage bid pricing activities for enterprise clients. This role involves developing strategic commercial propositions that align with both customer needs and Vodafone’s business objectives. The individual will work closely with sales teams to gather and validate inputs, structure pricing strategies, and support the full lifecycle of offers—from qualification to contract signature. The role is based in Budapest and supports both global and single-country business opportunities.
What you will do
- Develop and structure commercial offers to maximise profitability across complex, multi-faceted propositions.
- Provide strategic input and thought leadership on bid structuring for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support commercial pricing decisions across multiple products and services for multinational clients.
- Create and maintain financial templates, customer savings profiles, and competitive pricing analyses.
- Participate in customer negotiations and deliver high-quality proposal documentation.
- Approve pricing propositions within governance limits and maintain competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer usage data and pricing models.
- Influence customer decisions through trust-building and quality proposal materials.
Who you are
- Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions.
- Skilled in customer-facing negotiations and relationship building.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Knowledgeable in business and mathematics; management accounting experience is desirable.
- Able to prioritise, innovate, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Comfortable working flexibly and collaboratively across teams.
