About this role
What you’ll do
- Create and structure commercial propositions that balance customer needs with Vodafone’s financial goals.
- Lead pricing decision-making for multinational enterprise customers across diverse products and services.
- Develop pricing strategies and recommendations throughout the bid lifecycle, from qualification to contract signature.
- Attend customer meetings (virtual or in-person), present bid strategies, and coach teams when required.
- Build commercial models, analyse profitability, and deliver usage insights for forecasting and planning.
- Manage complex opportunities, assess risks, and implement full risk management strategies to safeguard Vodafone.
- Drive cross-functional learning, share knowledge, and provide professional guidance to team members.
Who you are
- Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions, with strong negotiation skills.
- Skilled in relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and fluent in English (additional languages like German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus).
- Able to analyse problems and deliver practical, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in financial outputs; risk management experience is desirable.
