Privacy Project Manager

 

Be part of a high impact, high intensity team, providing world class Privacy by Design and compliance support and contractual legal support to a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will join our Privacy Operations team with following key accountabilities:

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • The primary lead for all Privacy Training, Awareness and Communications this includes owning the agenda and planning for in person and remote privacy summits, global community calls with our global community knowledge training with external law firms.  Develop the plan the the agenda for monthly team meetings, knowledge learnings.
  • Lead and maintain the dedicated training and awareness policy in line with Group requirements. 
  • Develop relationships and future roadmaps to implement best practice frameworks that will mature into a solid level of privacy knowledge and understanding within the departments; achieved through training, engagement and communication.
  • Provide Privacy advice and guidance for the correct application of privacy by answering specific questions, discussing scenarios or building future requirements.
  • Supporting our Privacy by Design and Assurance activities across a range of data processing activities, including management and prioritisation of privacy impact assessments.
     

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • 1+ years’ experience in privacy (GDPR) and or legal;
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders;
  • High level of English knowledge both oral and written;
  • Practical experience of training and awareness programmes;
  • Use of Microsoft suite to communicate with stakeholders and provide material (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms etc);
  • Knowledge of compliance management standards, tools, methodologies and best practices.
