About this Role

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer who can create user‑centred, accessible, visually coherent digital experiences. The individual will lead UX and UI activities from research to high‑fidelity design, apply design‑system principles, and support agile squads with intuitive solutions that contribute to product and customer‑experience improvements. This role suits someone who enjoys solving design challenges, working collaboratively across functions, and translating insights into meaningful digital journeys.

What you will do

  • Produce responsive and multi‑platform UX and UI assets including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity compositions.
  • Maintain structured, systematic design files and supporting documentation.
  • Apply and evolve design‑system components and style guides.
  • Incorporate research insights into design decisions and advocate for user needs.
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to peers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in product performance and user experience across digital journeys.

Who you are

  • You have 2–5 years of UX, UI, or Product Design experience, ideally in a product or service‑led environment.
  • You work confidently within agile, cross‑functional, distributed teams.
  • You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, producing high‑quality wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes.
  • You understand modern responsive design, usability principles, and mobile/web standards.
  • You have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience and a strong portfolio showing UX/UI design outcomes.
  • You present ideas clearly and explain design decisions with confidence and clarity
