About this Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of Data and Analytics products, ensuring their successful release and adoption across multiple business areas. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, create roadmaps, and deliver high-quality Business Insights and solutions that maximise organisational value. You will work closely with onshore and offshore Data and Analytics teams, manage governance processes, and drive change management initiatives to embed solutions effectively.

What you will do

  • Oversee product release lifecycle and ensure adoption of Data and Analytics products.
  • Drive Management Information strategy across stakeholder organisations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions within scope and budget.
  • Execute change management plans to embed solutions within functions.
  • Prioritise new demands, manage pipeline, and influence stakeholders on governance processes.
  • Design and agree on KPI definitions for Management Information reporting.

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business partnering or product management.
  • Strong background in Data and Analytics, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial Acumen with solid understanding of financial principles and processes.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
