About this Role

 

 

We are seeking a Product Modell Office Lead to operationally manage the Product Model Office function at VOIS. This role is pivotal in capturing and ensuring data integrity and supporting transformation initiatives for the Product Taxonomy and Finance Categorization Master Catalogue. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and manage product data throughout its lifecycle, while contributing to the evolution of internal systems and providing reporting support for strategic projects.

 

 

What you will do

 

 

  • Lead and supervise a team to achieve organisational goals and manage daily operations.
  • Create, maintain, and manage the Product Taxonomy and Finance Categorization Master Catalogue.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to validate and uplift product data.
  • Conduct regular data integrity, compliance, and consistency checks.
  • Provide on-demand reporting and data extracts to support business initiatives.
  • Align with data transformation programmes and contribute to product release planning.
  • Support the technical roadmap for the Product Taxonomy and Finance Categorization Master Catalogue (Libra).
  • Report progress to the Product Strategy Manager and support strategic planning activities.
  • Manage business partner relationships where required. 

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Fluent in English with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Skilled in data and project management with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Experienced in DevOps and familiar with Agile and Prince II methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in database concepts, web technologies, and ITIL change management.
  • Strong understanding of Big Data principles and Master Catalogue Management (desired).
  • Effective communicator with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
  • Capable of strategic and tactical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced in data auditing (desired).
  • Familiarity with O365 tools (desired).
