About this role
What you’ll do
- Develop end‑to‑end proposal strategies from bid kick‑off to submission.
- Produce clear, compelling and customer‑focused proposal documents aligned to the win strategy.
- Collaborate closely with bid teams, sales colleagues, and solution experts to refine messaging and ensure proposal quality.
- Review and quality‑assess submissions, contributing to continuous improvement and increased win rates.
- Maintain and curate best‑in‑class content, ensuring accurate, relevant, and up‑to‑date materials within the Content Hub library.
- Manage Content Hub access and support tool‑related activities.
- Work with content owners and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent proposal templates and enhance content‑related processes.
- Monitor customer questions and feedback to identify content gaps and refine library materials.
- Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues involved in the bidding lifecycle.
Who you are
- Experienced in proposal writing and content creation with strong copywriting, proofreading, and publishing skills.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and communicating clearly and effectively.
- Familiar with Shipley‑style proposal methodologies and APMP principles.
- Adept at using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
- Capable of producing high‑quality proposal materials using PowerPoint and digital tools.
- Hold a relevant and current Shipley/APMP accreditation.
- Skilled in refining value propositions and creating compelling written narratives.
