Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
Purchasing Specialist Intern!


 
 
What kind of tasks will you have?
•    Support the daily work with the already gathered theoretical knowledge
•    Responsible for meeting the requirements and managing the deadlines as well as doing a value-added project
•    Gathering knowledge about the special field and processes 
•    Solving ad hoc problems and tasks, collecting and reporting data regarding the line manager’s advice
•    Processing related activities and delivering improvement ideas


 
We are searching for you, if you
 •   Fluent in English
•    Having second language skills in Spanish/Romanian/Albanian is an advantage
•    Have computer skills (Excel with basic Pivot/Vlookup)
•    Affinity to work with robust Enterprise Resource Planning systems
•    Interest in global multinational company processes
•    Communication and presentation skills

What you can expect from us is
 
•   Flexible work schedule with minimum 20-30 hours/week 
•   2000 HUF/ hour (NET) 
•   We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues’ wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
•   We provide corporate assets such as laptop and mobile phone with Vodafone RED subscription – unlimited talk, text and data
•   Six-month long Internship position which helps you to gain knowledge about the processes of a multinational company
