Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

 

Qualification Specialist - Senior

 

 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Qualifying incoming internal VOIS bids to have a systemic view on their feasibility and advise pricing and bid teams to aid them in their decision making. Chairing and facilitating qualification calls for high complexity deals. Designing and introducing new or additional rules to increase the speed and effectiveness of our bidding process. 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

•    Analyze trends in incoming deal types and scope, highlighting bottlenecks in capacity of bid, pricing or other functions as well as shift of market
•    Qualify incoming highly complex business opportunities of significant financial value, complex solutions, advise sales about inconsistencies in the planned offer
•    Notifying & briefing the bid and pricing teams to be involved and ensuring their focus 
•    Organizing and facilitating bid kick-off and follow-up meetings, establishing a clear strategy (based on customer & competitive analysis), 
•    Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed and managing off-line approvals

What you’ll bring to the team
 

•    3-4 years of experience working in a Sales- driven environment
•    Experience in customer negotiations is a big advantage
•    Project management background
•    Fluency in Business English
•    Excellent relationship building and facilitation skills
•    An eye for detail and analytical mindset
•    Proactive attitude
