RAN E2E Performance Expert

Your place in the team 
Testing, analysing and optimizing the services provided over the cellular network, end-to-end from the mobile terminal to the service platforms.

You will be involved in the following tasks 
•    Plan, test, and implement parameter-change and new feature trials
•    Create relevant service based KPIs
•    Prepare test and parameterisation strategies
•    Analyse performance of GSM/LTE/5G-NR-based applications (daily monitoring of network KPIs and probe statistics)
•    Identify service-affecting problems
•    Perform troubleshooting on the revealed problems
•    Prepare documentation for E2E related analysis
•    Continuously improve service performance
•    Hand over the knowledge to other team members
•    Analyse complex customer complains related to Radio Network
•    Participate in different companywide projects

We are looking for you if you have 
•    MSc or BSc degree in Electrical engineering field
•    Mobile telecommunication (GSM/LTE/NR) deep system knowledge
•    Familiarity with TCP/IP and application level protocols
•    Familiarity with (GSM/UMTS/LTE) protocols
•    Familiar with 5G-NR protocols and procedures
•    Confident knowledge in Oracle SQL
•    At least 5 years working experience in Mobile Telecommunications sector
•    Good understanding of network and converged services
•    Advanced MS Office knowledge
•    Fluent English language knowledge (Hungarian language knowledge is also must have)
•    Excellent organisation skills, able to handle multiple requests with differing priorities and stakeholders
•    Analytical mindset and attention to details
•    Open minded, self-motivated learner
