RE-FX Specialist (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers - limited to 12 months

Your contribution:
- Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in SAP RE-FX, ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
- Execute lease adjustments, terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards
- Oversee daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Reconcile AP/AR subledger accounts with the general ledger, monitor aging reports, and resolve vendor/customer discrepancies
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for management and collaborate closely with Real Estate, SSC, and Finance stakeholders
What makes you stand out:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally with focus on SAP RE-FX and subledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX, SAP FI-AP, and SAP FI-AR with hands-on user experience
- Successfully completed degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with standard business user applications
