As part of our dedicated team, you will support the RTT team in expanding and optimizing mobile communications infrastructure across Germany. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical Site & Real Estate Operations: You provide technical expertise in property management and oversee technical processes across assigned telecom sites to ensure operational stability.
  • Landlord & Operations Interface: You act as a primary technical contact between landlords, internal engineering teams, and field service providers to align operational requirements.
  • Escalation & Resolution Management: You coordinate and follow up on technical escalations, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure rapid issue resolution.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: You drive ongoing operational improvements within system environments such as ServiceNow or similar workflow and ticketing platforms.
  • Site Assessment & Performance Reporting: You conduct technical assessments, monitor site performance indicators, and deliver reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate operations, property management, telecom infrastructure, or facility asset management.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with operational, reporting, and ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) along with strong analytical capabilities to drive process improvements.
  • Soft Skills: Clear, confident communication skills with internal stakeholders and external landlords, combined with a solution-focused and pragmatic mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1) and excellent English (B2/C1) skills, both written and spoken.
