What You will do

  • Develop, automate, and maintain reporting solutions using Salesforce, Excel, Access, and other BI tools.
  • Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Validate and approve TCV data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fiscal guidelines.
  • Support Commercial In-Life and Group Enterprise Legal teams with analytics, trend analysis, benchmarking, and savings validation.
  • Lead the construction of commercial models and reporting databases to support strategic accounts.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, including Sales Managers and Legal Counsels.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and initiate enhancements to team workflows.
  • Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide timely responses to customer queries and internal reporting requests.

Who You are

  • Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
  • Skilled in using data warehouses, BI tools, and global database management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SQL.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Holds a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Capable of managing priorities under pressure, especially during month-end closings.
  • Possesses strong objection handling and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiar with Vodafone Business Germany products and services.
