Sales Reporting Specialist - Experienced
What You will do
- Develop, automate, and maintain reporting solutions using Salesforce, Excel, Access, and other BI tools.
- Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Validate and approve TCV data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fiscal guidelines.
- Support Commercial In-Life and Group Enterprise Legal teams with analytics, trend analysis, benchmarking, and savings validation.
- Lead the construction of commercial models and reporting databases to support strategic accounts.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, including Sales Managers and Legal Counsels.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and initiate enhancements to team workflows.
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and internal reporting requests.
Who You are
- Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
- Skilled in using data warehouses, BI tools, and global database management systems.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SQL.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive problem-solving.
- Capable of managing priorities under pressure, especially during month-end closings.
- Possesses strong objection handling and decision-making abilities.
- Familiar with Vodafone Business Germany products and services.
