Role purpose

Join us on the journey of creating a global data-centric team focused on developing a strategic, consistent, and practical approach to Commercial Operations as a member of Vodafone's Business _VOIS community. This Experienced Data Analyst role will implement and manage data visualization and analytics solutions to fulfil the reporting requirements of our major local markets, our product-focused business units, as well as senior management within Vodafone Business. With a focus on standardization, value generation, data-driven decision making, and next-generation tools, we are seeking candidates who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a proven track record of results in the reporting domain to our team.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain platforms for actionable insights and promote them towards stakeholders across multiple departments (Sales, Commercial Operations, Bid, Pricing, In-Life)
  • Design, construct and maintain a wide set of tools focused on data visualization and analysis, customized to satisfy stakeholders’ needs
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding the commercial operations / enterprise sales data domain 
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and assist with their development
  • Leverage all available tools, applications, and capabilities to drive efficiency across Commercial Operations teams  

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience in working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools
  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and data visualization 
  • Ability to bring technical requirements to life for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivery
  • Advanced Power Platform skills, especially Power BI is plus
  • Advanced SQL experience, especially in Oracle databases
  • Experience with Qlik Sense
  • Experience with Oracle APEX
