About this role
What you’ll do
- Implement and manage reporting and analytics solutions for top strategic accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Automate key customer-facing reports and dashboards using Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
- Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and highlight trends to support business priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commercial teams to deliver dashboards, forecasts, and benchmarking analyses.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support legal and contract teams with reporting and data insights.
- Consolidate KPIs across markets and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline integrity.
Who you are
- Experienced in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Skilled in working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
- Educational background in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or IT.
- Fluent in English.
