Sales Support Specialist

Your place in the team 
•To manage standard bids and contracts from qualification to activation, to provide process governance and pre-sales support for the account team in bid and contract preparation.
•To ensure that bid management, pricing, contract management and other pre-sales activities are managed in a timely manner and in line with the processes and policies of the Vodafone Business Unit.
•To ensure that proposals satisfy both the customer's and the company's requirements.


To provide timely and constructive solution-oriented support services to maximize revenues and profitability in a manner that minimizes liabilities and risks, whilst delighting the internal and external customer. To provide support for drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation of proposals and contracts.


You will be involved in the following tasks  

•Provides accurate, effective and timely bid management, pricing and contracting support within the agreed scope, focusing on drafting and negotiation for basic deals.
•Provide support in opportunity management for the Sales team in the respective CRM systems.
•Create customer facing proposal and contract documents using a library of pre-written content.
•Ensures that risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers.
•Develops strong links with key stakeholders, particularly in sales, legal, pricing, technology and finance.
•Initiates tasks related to billing for fixed products.
•Assists in the development and sharing of know-how and precedent materials.
•Ensures that all documents are signed and stored in the respective databases and other internal systems.

We are looking for you if you have
•Commercial, business and contract awareness
•Some experience in bid and / or contract management or in other fields of pre-sales or sales support activities, preferably in Telco
•Intermediate English (desired)
•Computer skills (MS Office)
•Analytical skills (desired)
•Problem solving skills
•Strong communication skills
•Teamwork
•Negotiation skills (desired)
•Attention to detail/accuracy
