Sales Support Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:
To provide support by performing highly complex, sales-related administrative activities for sales representatives/ account managers and channel partners, thus enabling them to spend more time with their customers. To provide subject matter expertise regarding analysis and manipulation of data.
What will you do in your role:
• Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results and leads.
• Tracks contracts and framework agreements.
• Completes highly complex saving analyses.
• Prepares customer-facing reports and analytics on usage and spend, prepares dashboards and reports for customer meetings. Creates finance templates.
• Prepares customer/ competitive analysis profiles and tailored presentations by country.
• Proposes pricing models, prepares pricing templates, tracks the pricing process.
• Provides availability - on behalf of the sales team - to large and highly sensitive top customers for issues like tariff changes, device ordering, data checks.
• Supports revenue growth through lead generation and penetration of small and independent subsidiaries of large customers. Participates in customer calls.
• Manages escalations.
• Represents the sales team with internal senior stakeholders.
• Actively participates in the Service Champion program.
• Organizes induction of new joiners, performs product training to them, participates in the buddy program.
• Organizes process knowledge and cross functional trainings and knowledge share.
• Acts as process specialist supporting the team members.

What you will bring to the team:
• computer skills (MS Office)
• fluent English and German (depending on the country of operation)
• additional language (desired)
• work experience in a multinational sales environment, in the telecom industry
• experience of mobile Telecoms and IT solutions
• analytical skills, knows how to calculate ROI, break even and pay back periods
• business acumen
• ability to use virtual sales techniques (desired)
