Sales Support Team Leader (Maternity cover)


Your role in a nutshell: 
To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees.

What you will do:
•    Engages and leads the team to effectively reach operational targets
•    Manages the day-to-day activities of the team
•    Motivates the team & creates a climate helps individuals enable their potentials to achieve organizational goals
•    Builds relationships with senior stakeholders & business partners and acts as first escalation point
•    Sets controls and drives process improvements to maximise efficiency
•    Organizes workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasks
•    Manages performance of team, set targets, evaluate results
•    Fosters collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes
•    Acts as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teams
•    Manages one homogenous team up to 9 employees


What you will bring to the team:
•    Proficient level of English language in written and verbal too
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to thrive / manage in a fast paced environment.
•    Previous people management experience, ability to motivate a mid-size team
•    Outstanding stakeholder management skills
•    Experience of producing and working with reports on productivity and KPI’s
•    Strong knowledge of O365 (especially in Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint)
