About this Role
 
 
 
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within our Enterprise Sell department in Budapest. The individual will coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups across 2–3 squads (approx. 20 people), ensuring project clarity and quality delivery. This role acts as the main point of contact for Business Partners, facilitating briefings, distributing projects, and maintaining SharePoint trackers. The Scrum Master will also provide training and support to both internal teams and Business Partners, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and project management tools
 
 
What you will do
 
 
  • Lead scrum teams in Agile methodology, ensuring self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure quality standards are met at the end of each sprint.
  • Act as liaison between Business Partners and internal teams, ensuring clarity of project briefs.
  • Distribute projects evenly across teams and manage approval pipelines.
  • Facilitate Agile meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Administer SharePoint sites and train Business Partners on their use.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and training needs.
  • Provide operative support to key functional areas as needed.

 

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • Certified Scrum Master with proven experience in the role.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artefacts (e.g., user stories, backlog refinement).
  • Skilled in team leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in project management, copywriting, design, automation, or front-end development.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of working with senior executives and navigating ambiguity.
  • Able to identify skill gaps and source appropriate training.
