About this Role
What you’ll do
- Lead, develop and line manage Digital Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Scrum Masters, building a high-performing delivery community
- Establish and drive consistent delivery standards, frameworks and ways of working across digital initiatives
- Provide leadership across complex, cross-functional programmes, aligning product, technology and commercial priorities
- Champion agile and lean practices to improve delivery effectiveness, predictability and quality
- Own delivery governance, including planning, risk management, dependencies and escalation handling
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives and ensure value realisation
- Ensure transparency of delivery performance, including progress, risks and outcomes
- Support teams in resolving challenges, removing blockers and improving delivery maturity
- Build and scale delivery capability through talent development, hiring and capability frameworks
- Embed a customer-focused approach linking delivery outputs with measurable business outcomes
Who you are
- Experienced in digital and agile delivery within complex, matrix organisations
- Skilled in leading delivery roles such as Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and scaled delivery approaches
- Effective stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experienced in managing complex programmes with multiple dependencies and cross-functional teams
- Commercially aware, understanding how delivery impacts business performance and customer experience
- Skilled in building and developing teams, including performance management and capability growth
- Confident in navigating ambiguity with a structured problem-solving approach
