Who you are

  • Experienced in post-contract commercial management, data analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Skilled in project and change management with strong commercial acumen.
  • Adept at building relationships up to C-Level and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in telecommunications or outsourcing sectors is desirable.
  • Holds an MBA or equivalent professional qualification; WorldCC/IACCM certification is a plus.
