Senior Controlling and Reporting Specialist

(part-time: 30 hours/week)

Your role in a nutshell: 
In this role as a Senior Controlling and Reporting Specialist you will support top management decisions of the Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) to improve business outcomes using analytical techniques. As a member of the Advanced Finance Services Department, you will provide accurate, reliable, correct and in-time information to the stakeholders on financial performance. 

 

What you will do in your role:

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision making and improve business outcomes 
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and trend analysis 
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial data and reporting 
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to management 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures 
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members 
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations 
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness 


 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting tools and databases 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
