About this Role
We are seeking a finance and reporting professional to support transparent, accurate and timely financial reporting, planning and analysis activities within the Record to Report function. This role plays a key part in supporting management decision-making by delivering financial insights, forecasting future performance, preparing management reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to process optimisation, strengthen financial controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic global environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage the financial actuals, prepare month-end reporting of the Tower companies such as P&L, CAPEX and Cash-Flow
- Keep in touch with your Local Markets to collect inputs from them and to support them with their queries regarding the topics above
- Initiate process developments to make financial reporting more efficient, and drive the necessary reporting changes
- Prepare supporting material for the Monthly Performance Management Reviews using SAP, Power query and Anaplan to enable the smooth decision-making of senior stakeholders
- Calculate financial and commercial KPIs and understand why figures developed in a way they did.
- Solving problems proactively, being able to find the root cause and propose solutions. Take ownership of resolution with a can-do attitude, escalate when needed
- Support the markets and Group functions to prepare their Budget and Forecast figures primarily while providing the actuals in a digestible way
Support the junior colleagues with your expertise during peak periods - Drive the investigation projects related to CAPEX, OPEX, IFRS16 or non-financial KPIs which are essential indicators of the tower business
- In case of reporting changes communicated by the management, handle the adjustment in our reporting tools using Power Query or Power BI report canvas.
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, controlling, financial reporting, or a related finance function.
- You bring strong accounting knowledge, with confidence in areas such as Profit & Loss (P&L), Operating Expenses (Opex), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), and Lease Accounting.
- You hold a university or college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- You are fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- You have advanced MS Excel skills and are comfortable working with large datasets and complex financial analyses.
- You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to work effectively across teams and functions.
- You possess strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, enabling you to deliver accurate insights and recommendations.
- You take a proactive, solution-oriented approach, driving improvements and supporting business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have knowledge of Power Query or other low-code/no-code tools.
- Practical experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Power BI and SAP would be beneficial.
- Experience using Copilot or other AI-enabled tools to support productivity and reporting processes is an advantage.
- Exposure to database reporting and data extraction tools would be considered a plus.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
