Vodafone Hungary now wants to strengthen its Customer Insight Team to inspire business by providing deep insights based on truly understanding the needs of people that would give a real competitive advantage to the company in the market.

 

Your place in the team 

The new colleague will be responsible for supporting the segment teams on building differentiated segment strategies and plans by providing strong consumer insights in areas such as segmentation, product and proposition development, pricing, positioning and distribution to be able to build differentiated segment strategies and plans. 

You will be involved in the following tasks  
•Provide strong insights as input to segment strategy and commercial plan
    -Develop a deep understanding of the target segments from various internal and external sources including but not limited to primary and secondary customer and market research.
    -Analyze and interpret the market research and customer usage data, develop presentations and make recommendations on findings
    -Perform statistical analysis of customer research results
    -Translate the research facts into clear and actionable insights for the segment teams.
•Manage customer satisfaction surveys and develop a deep understanding of drivers for converged customer satisfaction, recommendation propensity (NPS) per consumer segment 
•Plan and coordinate market research projects and Consumer Understanding activities 
•Manage and conduct research on Vodafone own customer base 
•Contribute to analysis of market environment & future trends; make recommendations based on findings


We are looking for you if you have 

•College or University Degree, preferably in Economics
•5-6 years of professional experience in the field of analysis, market research, preferably quantitative research 
•Strong statistical and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of SPSS
•Experience in conducting end-to-end research projects and using Qualtrics is an advantage
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and in Hungarian
•Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
•Outstanding presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and under pressure 
•Energetic person with flexibility, initiatives and passion for business
