Design Authority & Senior Expert Solution Management
for our Technology Team

Your place in the team

Coordinates the design, development, testing and deployment of software releases, services / interfaces and complex solutions for VF HU local market and Group systems in the area of OSS. Main focus will be on Inventory systems / solutions e.g. Resource Inventory, Physical Network Inventory (PNI) and Network Discovery in line with business needs. Major task on this position will be: 

1.    System accountability VF HU (local) & VF Group (international used systems)
2.    Coordination / Management of the related systems 
3.    Accountability for Software development by vendors
4.    Architecture and design authority
5.    Project management
6.    Demand handling
7.    Covering all LCM tasks incl. guiding support
8.    Vendor management & budget planning / controlling

Accountable to secure operations of the system. Translate demands into technical requirements and identify the affected areas. Checks feasibility of demands regarding to business needs.

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Accountability for SW release development
•    Design Authority - design the Software Architecture in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces in cooperation with business architects
•    Design and develop the IT solution in terms of application software, IT 
•    hardware, operating system and data warehouse
•    Testing of services / applications together with the requesting business customers to ensure that implemented solutions are meeting customer expectations 
•    Handling of all LCM related topics post SW release go-live
•    Responding to the clients’ needs including support and ticket handling
•    Define test lists, plan and execute validation activities together with OSS 
•    Inventory team and clients
•    Creating overall project plan related to all upcoming requirements

We are looking for you if you have

•    Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience and 2 years in a similar position
•    Very good communication and information skills
•    Customer oriented and systematic way of working
