About this Role

 

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and collaborative Senior Front-End Developer to join our Enterprise Sell team in Budapest. This role is pivotal in supporting marketing campaigns by developing digital assets such as HTML emails, responsive landing pages, and microsites. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing automation specialists, designers, and campaign managers. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, exploring new technologies, and providing technical consultancy on complex customer projects.
 
 

What you will do

 

 

  • Develop and maintain digital assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex customer requirements into actionable development projects.
  • Mentor and educate junior and experienced developers on modern coding techniques and trends.
  • Recommend and support training initiatives to enhance frontend development capabilities across the organisation.
  • Lead frontend development meetings and contribute to departmental knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical consultancy and coordinate with third-party teams on project execution.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of frontend components in marketing projects.
  • Create and execute unit, end-to-end, and UI testing for developed solutions.

 

 

Who you are

 

 

  • 7+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-value campaigns and web solutions.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Team player with strong relationship management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation software is a plus.
  • University degree (BA level) in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in programming design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc.).
  • Skilled in developing complex web applications with backend API integration.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and clean code practices.
  • Experience in CSS3 and building single-page applications.
