About this Role
We are seeking a Senior Front End Developer to join our Enterprise Sell department in Budapest. This role supports marketing operations by developing digital assets such as HTML emails, responsive landing pages, and microsites. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing automation specialists, designers, and campaign managers. The role also involves mentoring other developers, exploring new technologies, and providing consultancy on complex customer requests.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain digital assets for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions
- Mentor junior and experienced developers on coding techniques and trends
- Research and recommend new technologies and training opportunities
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable development projects
- Provide technical consultancy and coordinate with third-party suppliers
- Lead frontend weekly meetings at the department level
- Create and execute unit, end-to-end, and UI testing
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record in delivering high-value campaigns and websites
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Effective communicator with strong relationship management capabilities
- Experience with marketing automation software (preferred)
- University degree (BA level)
- Knowledge of programming design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc.)
- Experience with backend service API integration and database logic
- Agile development experience
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code
- Experience in CSS3 and building single-page applications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work across virtual teams
