Your role in a nutshell:

 


Take a leading role in the relationship between the Center and its senior business partners across local markets, vertical functions and Shared Service Centers. Assess how best to manage business partner needs and expectations, coordinate the basic tracking activities. Perform tasks in the area of communication with partners and customers, e.g. measuring partner satisfaction, communication of company strategy etc. Monitor and coordinate work streams in connection with partner management. Manage end-to-end assignment lifecycle processes of senior employees. 

 


What you’ll do:

 

  • Support the end-to-end partner relationship management activities.
  • Manage end-to-end assignment lifecycle processes of senior employees. 
  • Handle sensitive personal information.
  • Play a leading role in the administration of PRM related activities.
  • Support the development of the PRM Framework.
  • Support the identification, assessment and management of business partner needs.
  • Support the resolution of escalations, identify potential risks in the relationship.
  • Actively support and drive activities in business partner related strategic workstreams.
  • Coordinate the tracking of strategic programs, projects and activities, coordinate regular reporting.
  • Ensure data quality in AssignmentPro, monitor relevancy and updates the tools.
  • Support the preparation of the business partner meetings.
  • Support partner communication activities, intranet updates and announcements.
  • Deploy partner satisfaction surveys, monitor progress, evaluate the results, prepare communication and follow up actions.
  • Coordinate best practice sharing among verticals regarding partner management.

 

 


What you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • comprehensive knowledge of global mobility (immigration, relocation, taxation) 3+ years relevant experience
  • project management experience
  • knowledge of project management tools / systems (desired)
  • strong business English knowledge, both oral and written
  • knowledge of AssigmentPro (advantage)

  • ability to balance conflicting interests
