About this Role

As a Senior Legal Advisor (Contracting), you will provide timely, accurate, solution‑oriented legal support across a wide portfolio of commercial and contractual matters. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing high‑value, global contracts—ensuring risks are minimized while driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

•    Drafting and negotiating complex global and/or high complexity customer contracts and other legal documents relating to deals with major multinational companies arising through the operations of the Group Enterprise businesses. 

•    Providing accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support on commercial and contractual matters of relating to the Group Enterprise businesses, translating complex legal issues into simple language, 

•    Understanding & mitigating potential risk factors to Vodafone in accordance with relevant guidance, standards and processes. 

•    Referring account team to the competent stakeholder. Providing and/or obtaining legal approval for legal risks.

•    Supporting legal projects on business transformation, identifying risks and collaborating with business stakeholders to remedy execution gaps and mitigate risks effectively. Contributing to process improvements and implement efficient legal process practices within the Legal function.

•    Serving as SPOC, process expert and trainer for training colleagues in related processes and developing their negotiation skills and capabilities.

Who you are

•    Degree in law a reputable law school,
•    8+ years of relevant legal experience in the field of commercial and contracting law OR 6+ years of relevant legal experience in the field of commercial, contracting and telecommunications law plus BAR exam, 
•    Expert understanding of commercial contract law coupled with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
•    Experience in providing legal support to commercial business activities preferably in an international environment.
•    Ability to identify, analyse, explain, and resolve complex legal issues with a solution-oriented attitude whilst pragmatically balancing risks.
•    Excellent team collaboration skills with solid understanding of working in a hybrid environment with remote cross-team/function collaboration.
•    Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral).
