About this Role
As a Senior Legal Advisor, your role will be to provide legal support and commercially pragmatic advice for strategic decommissioning, migration, and transformation projects across Vodafone. You will identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks arising from the transition of customers from legacy services to strategic alternatives, while supporting business objectives and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support decommissioning and customer migration projects, identifying and mitigating legal, regulatory and commercial risks associated with service withdrawals and transitions.
- Review customer agreements, analyse relevant business and contractual data, and provide commercially pragmatic legal advice to support project objectives.
- Draft, review and negotiate customer agreements and transition arrangements to facilitate migration from legacy services to strategic alternatives.
- Prepare legal risk assessments, governance papers and project updates, supporting project teams in risk management and mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Commercial, Product and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation and decommissioning initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements, deliver legal training to stakeholders and support the development of junior team members.
Who you are
- Degree in law
- 6+ years' experience in commercial legal/contract management role
- Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Stakeholder management skills
- Accuracy in work
- Assist with the development of new practices and processes, and shares best practices
- Bar exam is an advantage
