Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Your role in a nutshell:
You will own, build, plan and manage monthly marketing communication to our customers across various channels (SMS, MMS, e-mail, push notification, DM). You will chair content planning sessions and work with stakeholders to build interesting and useful content as well as supporting key business messages/initiatives to positively drive customer perception.
What will you do:
- Develop campains with a clear lifecyle management approach. Identify appropriate campaign execution touchpoints and triggers (SMS, MMS, e-mail, push notification, DM).
- Brief external creative agencies and manage the campaign production process.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response.
- Track and report on the impact of all marketing communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase brand appreciation and customer engagement.
- Test and learn to identify how we can positively influence deliverability and customer impact.
- Drive a culture of continual improvement and message optimisation.
What you will bring to the team:
- Marketing experience with knowledge of campaign briefing, design and testing. Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Experience in (or understanding of) digital marketing would be particularly beneficial.
- Highly customer focused with ability to pull together complex customer journeys to ensure the best experience is delivered.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
- Able to operate within a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding commercial environment. Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Able to focus on priorities with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
