Senior Manager Global Marketing and CVM

What you'll do in your role:
 

  • Own & define Marketing, Digital & CVM strategy and roadmap positioning department for marketing & CVM footprint expansion and commercialisation of services
  • Own Commercialisation Strategy for Marketing, Digital & CVM that includes design of commercial strategy & propositions , positioning against external competitors and business development activities for Marketing, Digital & CVM
  • Drive E2E Marketing & Sales Funnel(One Stop Shop) strategy that brings together CVM, Marketing & Sales services as a One Stop Shop offering to our customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing and CVM professionals across 8 specialties, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand key problems, insights & needs of Consumer & Enterprise Marketing & CVM Directors of Vodafone and continually develop solutionsyou’re your department’s footprint expansion
  • Define tool & platform strategies for your department’s business needs to deliver services, track delivery & enable their professional growth.
  • Manage department CAPEX & OPEX budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient cost management.
  • P&L Management of our Pitch(Agency risk taking) business model
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing and CVM efforts, provide regular reports and insights to Commercial_VOIS LT.

 

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Degree qualification is a must
  • Fluency in English
  • Marketing & CVM leadership in Vodafone or telecommunication industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of marketing, CVM & digital needs of our key market stakeholders continually developing business
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, understanding their unique needs, and exceeding their expectations and managing their complaints about your services if & when needed
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Proven Ability to develop and execute marketing & CVM strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics
